Thisprimaryandsecondaryantibodypairhasbeencarefullychosentogivebestresutls.Anti-AKT3antibodyisdirectedagainsthumanAKT3.Theantibodydetectsbothunphosphorylatedandphosphorylatedformsoftheprotein.Anti-AKT3antibodywaspurifiedfromascitesbyProteinAchromatography.CrossreactivitywithAKT3fromotherspecieshasnotbeendetermined,however,thesequenceoftheimmunogenshows100%identitytohuman,mouse,andrat,therefore,crossreactivityisexpected.Cross-reactivitywithAKT2andAKT1hasnotbeendetermined.HRPsecondaryantibodywaspreparedfrommonospecificantiserumbyimmunoaffinitychromatographyusingMouseIgGcoupledtoagarosebeadsfollowedbysolidphaseadsorption(s)toremoveanyunwantedreactivities.ThisproductshowsbalancedreactivitytoMouseIgG1,IgG2a,IgG2bandIgG3proteinsandissuitabletoscreenIgGclasshybridomaclones.MinimalcrossreactivityisobservedagainstotherMouseimmunoglobulinclassesorlightchainproteins.Thisantibodypairissufficientforupto5miniblotsat7.5x8cm2(1,800cm2).
