RocklandImmunochemicals’ChemiluminescentWesternBlotKitforAKT3combinesallofthenecessaryreagentswitharapidprovenprotocolandtheextremelyhighsignaldetectionofourluminolchemiluminescentsubstrateforthedetectionofnativeand/orrecombinanthumanAKT3protein.Thekitisdesignedtodetectbothunphosphorylatedandphosphorylatedformsoftheprotein.CrossreactivitywithAKT3fromotherspecieshasnotbeendetermined,however,thesequenceoftheimmunogenshows100%identitytohuman,mouse,andrat,therefore,crossreactivityisexpected.Cross-reactivitywithAKT1andAKT2hasnotbeendetermined.Thiskitcontainssufficientsubstrateforupto5miniblotsat7.5x8cm2(1,800cm2)andisstableforatleast1yearwhenstoredasindicated.
